Vicki Lynn Hampton Richter, 72, passed away on April 4, 2020. Vicki was born May 14, 1947 in Topeka the daughter of Carl and Arlene (Csitkovits) Hampton. Vicki graduated from Seaman High School in 1965. She retired from the State of Kansas in 2015.
Vicki married Kenneth L. Richter on December 12, 1970. He survives at their Topeka home.
Other survivors include her sister, Marcia Simecka and her husband Jerry.
Cremation is planned. Private services are planned.
