Vera A. O'Brien, 90, of Topeka, Kansas, passed away on August 11, 2021 at her home.
She was born on September 23, 1930 in WaKeeney, Kansas. She had been a resident of Topeka since 1977 having moved from Great Bend, Kansas. She married Earl O'Brien on February 13, 1950 in Great Bend. She was a Telephone Operator for Southwestern Bell for 39 years.
Vera is preceded in death by her Husband Earl; both of her parent; one sister, Violet Young; and her long time best friend Goldie Kooser.
She is survived by a host of extended family.
Burial will take place at Great Bend Cemetery in Great Bend Kansas, on Monday, August 16.
