Trinity Halo Cook, infant daughter of Isaac Cook and Megan Croan of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at Stormont Vail Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 14, 2013 at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka. The family will receive friends starting at 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
