Tim J. Skinner, 55, of Topeka passed away, March 9, 2026. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 am on Thursday morning March 19, 2026 and memorial services will begin at 11:00 am all at Parker-Price and Davidson Cremations and Funerals, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka Kansas 66608. Private family Inurnment will be held on a later date at the Rochester Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Moving Ahead Partnership (MAP) in care of the Topeka Rescue Mission or to Shriners Hospital for Children. www.ppdfuneral.com
