Thelma A. "T.A." Parks, 84, of Topeka passed away, December 11, 2025.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Parker-Price and Davidson Cremations and Funeral Services. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Second Presbyterian Church in Topeka. Graveside services will be held Friday afternoon at the Westmoreland Cemetery, Westmoreland, Kansas.
