Shirley May Cox

Shirley M. (Plumlee) Cox, age 68, of Topeka passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020 at the Topeka Center.  Shirley was born November 18, 1952 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Eunice and Martha (Martin).  Shirley married William “Bill” Cox November 21, 1986.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha M. Plumlee (Martin), her father, Eunice E. Plumlee, and brother, Johnny W. Plumlee.  Shirley is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Cox; two sons, Wayne E. Mitts and Raymond G. Mitts; two sisters, Sandy (Larry) Cahill and Judy (Mark) Horton; two brothers, Kenneth Plumlee and Roger Plumlee; and numerous grandchildren.  There are no services scheduled at this time.  There will be a memorial service at a later date in Missouri.  Please leave your condolences on this page for the family.
