Shirley Jean Chapman

Shirley J. Chapman, age 76, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017 in Topeka. Shirley was born February 26, 1941 in Ft. Collins, Colorado the daughter of Harvey and Doris Bullock Tatum. Shirley married James C. Chapman June 1, 1958 in Topeka. He preceded her in death May 17, 2015. Shirley worked for Woolco for many years before she worked in flee markets in Topeka. Shirley was preceded in death by a son, James Chapman Jr. in 1994 and a daughter, Patricia Chpman in 1971. Shirley is survived by a son, Jeff Chapman of Topeka and a sister, Patty Talley of California.

Graveside services will be Friday, September 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Rochester Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday morning from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. davidsonfuneral.com.
