Shane Lee Lux

Shane Lee Lux, age 52, of Eskridge passed away Friday, June 28, 2019 in Topeka. Shane was born April 12, 1967 in Lawrence, KS the son of Richard and Linda (Coffman) Lux. Shane attended Seaman schools. He married Lori Calvin February 18, 1989 in Topeka. They later divorced. Shane worked construction most of his life. He was a member of the Eskridge Southern Baptist Church. He was a member of AA. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Eddy. He is survived by his parents, Richard (Sheryl) Lux of Topeka; a son, Chris Lux of Topeka; a daughter, Amanda (Taylor) Whitaker of Topeka; two brothers, Shannon (Lisa) Lux and Chad (Julie) Lux, both of Topeka; a sister, Charity (Scott) King of Topeka and three grandchildren, Bryson, Bradley and Brooks.

Memorial services will be Friday, July 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Eskridge Southern Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the services with a funeral meal at the church. Donations may be made to the Davidson Funeral Home, to assist with funeral costs. davidsonfuneral.com.
