Richard L. Twombly, 70, of Topeka passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. He was born April 16, 1953 at Garnett, Kansas the son of Clarence and Mary Lawellian Twombly.
Richard graduated from Highland Park High School in 1971. He lived and worked most of his life in Topeka.
He is survived by his brother, Robert L. Twombly and his wife Debbie of Sun City, AZ.
Cremation is planned. He will be laid to rest with his parents at the South Dennison Cemetery at Denison, Kansas. To leave the family a message please visit www.davidsonfuneral.com.
