Richard T. Bettis of Topeka, Kansas passed away on May 12, 2018, he was 78 years old. Richard was born on May 8, 1940. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thorald and Doris (Eklund) Bettis of Piper, Kansas and close friend Sue Hunter of Topeka. He is survived by his 3 sisters, Janet (Tom) Hindley, Linda (Steve) Solcich, Nancy Hughes, 1 brother Steve (Judy) Bettis, and many nieces, nephews and close friends.
