Ralph F. Nason, Jr., born on December 28, 1955, in Topeka, Kansas, passed away peacefully in his hometown on April 30, 2025. He was a dedicated pharmacist whose career spanned several esteemed institutions throughout Kansas, including Stormont-Vail Hospital, St. Francis Hospital in Topeka, Graves Pharmacy in Emporia, and Southwest Medical Center in Liberal. Ralph's commitment to his profession and the communities he served exemplified his desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
A proud graduate of Highland Park High School in 1973, Ralph continued his education at the University of Kansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. His academic journey laid the foundation for a long and fulfilling career in pharmacy, leaving an indelible mark on the field.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Ralph was known for his vibrant interests and passions. He enjoyed bowling and was a fervent supporter of the Kansas Jayhawks, rarely missing a game to cheer on his beloved team with enthusiasm and loyalty.
Ralph is survived by his sister, Patty Seery of Durham, North Carolina; his niece, Amy Seery of Wichita, Kansas; and his nephew, Paul Seery of Seattle, Washington. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph F. Nason, Sr., and his mother, Bethel R. (Russell) Nason, who now rest in peace.
Ralph F. Nason, Jr. will be remembered for his dedication to pharmacy, his love for family and sports, and his contributions to his community. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness that will be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Cremation is planned. Services are pending at this time. He will be laid to rest at Westlawn Memorial Gardens in Topeka.
