Phyllis Marie Karle

Phyllis (Meier) Karle, 94, Topeka, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021.
She was born September 23, 1927, in Russell, Kansas, the daughter of Reinhart and Elsie (Herber) Meier.
Phyllis retired from JC Penney after many years as a sales clerk.
Survivors include her children, Lynn (Cindy) Lewis, Janell (Dale) Eakin, Gwen (Charles) Hobbs, Kirk (Kristi) Lewis, and Misti Wright; her brother, Dean (Wilma) Meier; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, LaDora Meier.
She was preceded in death by two children, Craig Lewis and Vanessa Lewis, and her brother, Glenn Meier.
A celebration of life service will be 10 am Monday, December 6, 2021 at Parker-Price Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Dorrance Cemetery, Dorrance, KS.
