Ofelia Garza Arsipe

Ofelia Garza Arispe, 91 of Topeka passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025. She was born April 4, 1934 in Bigfoot, Texas. Ofelia lived in Texas until moving to Topeka nearly 20 years ago. She was a kind and loving person, who was very giving by nature. She was an extremely hard working, working countless hours to support her family. She enjoyed dancing, cooking and watching her novela’s on TV.

Survivors include her son, Juaquin (Geri) DeLeon of Topeka; daughter, Jenny Hidalgo (Donald) of Visalia, California; grandchildren, Tony, Felicia, Jesse, Jonathan, Robin, Christina, Vanessa, Karena; lots of great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Those preceding her in death are two sons, Tony and Bobby Garcia and a great grandson Donavon DeLeon.

The family will hold a visitation at Parker-Price and Davidson on Monday evening, September 15, 2025 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Donovan DeLeon Go Fund Me Account. PPdfuneral.com
