Melvin Franklin "Frank" Smith, 58, of Topeka, passed away, Friday, September 21, 2007.
Mr. Smith will lie in state after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Penwell-Gabel Parker Price Chapel where the family will greet friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. that evening.
