Mae Everett, 83, Shawnee, unexpectedly went to be with Jesus on Friday, February 21, 2020.

She was born August 13, 1936, in Houston, Alabama, the daughter of Floyd and Claudie Everett.

Survivors include her children, Gara (Dean) Larson, Randy (Pam) Meinholdt, Mark (Debi) Meinholdt, and Scott (Yvonda) Meinholdt; two brothers, Lacy (Kim) Everett and Eddy Everett; one sister, Paulene (Ralph) Shedd; 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Mount Hope Cemetery & Funeral Chapel, 4700 SW 17th Street, Topeka follow the funeral services at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. A reception will follow the burial at Mount Hope Cemetery & Funeral Chapel.
