Lois Pittman

Lois Pittman, 89, of Topeka passed away on April 8, 2022 at her home in Topeka.   Lois was born February 12, 1933 at Arkansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Vernon and Lenora Smith Anderson.  She grew up in North Topeka.  She was all about spending time with her family.  She babysat her grandkids, enjoyed spending holidays with her family.  In later days, she played cards with her nieces weekly.  Lois was a custodian at Topeka High School for many years before retiring.

She is survived by her son, Bill Pittman of Topeka; daughter, Rdella Brosemer of Topeka; and six grandchildren, Steven, Joshua, Joseph, Tina, Cheryl and William; eight great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, ldella Winn and her former husband and companion, Albert Pittman.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Davidson Funeral Home.   Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 7:00-8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.   www.davidsonfuneral.com
