Joletta Cramer, 71, of Topeka passed away on August 26, 2025. Joletta was born July 24, 1954 to Lyle Orland Eraas Sr. and Arletta Jolene Griswold Eraas in Topeka. Joletta attended Topeka West High School and graduated high school in 1972. She studied at Washburn University from 1972-1974.
In the 1980’s she worked for Premier Liquor as a regional sales rep. She was in a relationship with John Lindsey for 16 years. His daughter Angela Simons survives. In 1988 she fulfilled a life time dream to be self-employed and owner of Joletta’s in North Topeka. Joletta met and married Marvin Cramer in 2000. They ran Joletta’s Bar and retired after 20 years.
She is survived by step-daughters, Cindi L. Stover (David) of Topeka, Roxi L. Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Amanda Smith, Alex Stover, Carlie Phillip and Shellie Smith; great grandchildren, Kaia June Smith-Sexton, Miliana Mae Stover, Abbie Gorrell and Tyler Gorrell; sister-in-law Rita Eraas of Overbrook, Kansas and nephews, Jason and Clayton Eraas.
She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin M. (Jr.) Cramer on Saturday April 27, 2024; her parents, Lyle and Arletta Eraas; and two brothers, Larry D. Eraas, Lyle Eraas Jr.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Parker-Price and Davidson Funeral Cremations and Funerals, 245 NW Independence, Topeka, Kansas 66608. Memorial contributions may be made to the Helping Hands Humane Society. www.ppdfuneral.com
