Joel R. Smith, age 40, of Topeka passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019 in Topeka. Joel was born April 24, 1978 at March AFB in Moreno Valley, California. Joel is survived by his parents, Cleo and Traci Smith; two sons, Caleb and Ryan Smith of Osage City, KS and two brothers, Chris and Eric Smith of Topeka. Joel will be held forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
