Jackie R. Bailey, 80, of Topeka, died on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Stormont-Vail Hospital.
Jackie was born on September 6, 1935 in Illinois.
Jackie was married to Bonnie J. Bell; she survives. He retired from Cargill in Topeka after many years spent as a maintenance worker.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Bailey of Topeka, daughter, Kathy (Larry) Sallee of Cherryvale, KS; 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by 1 brother.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25 at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave. in Topeka. Burial will follow at Rochester Cemetery.
