E. Louise Niebur

E. Louise Niebur, 79, of Topeka passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026. She was born April 10, 1947 in Ashland, Kansas the daughter of Clifford and Hazel (Haughey) Duncan. She moved to Topeka from Wichita in 1978. She worked at Stormont-Vail Hospital for 25 years prior to retiring. She enjoyed spending time working crossword puzzles. She will always be remembered as a kind and loving person.

She was married to Clyde Niebur in Wichita on March 20, 1972. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include her two children, Vicki Meyer and husband Carl of Wichita; Russell Niebur of Topeka; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; her brother, Donald Duncan of Tucson, AZ and her sister, Alice Thetford and husband Pat of Topeka.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her older brother, Raymond Duncan.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm at Rochester Cemetery on Friday, September 18, 2026. Parker-Price and Davidson is assisting the family.
