Douglas Ray Mcmillan

Douglas McMillan, 72, of Topeka, Ks passed away on 09/25/2023 in Topeka, Ks. Douglas was born in Holton, Ks to Nadine and Roy McMillan on February 2, 1951. He went to school at Highland Park in Topeka, Ks. He married Donna Vannordstrand on June 6, 1976 in Topeka, Ks at Donna’s parents’ home. Douglas worked as a motorcycle mechanic and at Roy Johnson Saw Mill, and also for Topeka Parks Department Maintenance. He was involved in ABATE of Kansas.

Douglas is preceded in death by his parents, Nadine Jones and Roy McMillan. Douglas is survived by his wife, Donna; his son, Douglas Jr.; his sister Marcia Johnston (Ralph) of Mayetta, Ks; Dwayne McMillan (Judy) of Richland, Ks; Saundra McMillan of Illinois; and his grandchildren – Harley and Michael.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, September 28th, at Zion Cemetery.
