David Michael Scarberry, 43, Olathe, died Tues., Dec. 16, 2008. He is survived by his fiancee: Ginger Hawley; father: David M. Scarberry; brother: Randy Scarberry; daughter: Ashlea Scarberry; son: D.J. Scarberry; and grandson: Zach. A memorial service will be at 2:00 PM, Fri., Dec. 19, 2008, at 2611 SE 11th, Topeka.
