Corey D. Cozzi

Corey Donovan Cozzi, of Topeka passed away on June 14, 2022.   He was born March 9, 1968 in Topeka the son of Joseph G. Cozzi and Carman Kay Morstorf.

He was the shop foreman/manager at Midwest Coating.

Corey served in the United States Army.   He was known for his sense of humor, mechanical aptitude, love of motorcycles, and boats.   He built surprise gifts with diagrams or instructions out of materials he had on hand.   His four year old niece came home to discover her uncle delivering a playhouse on a trailer to her front yard.

Survivors include sisters, Heidi Stepp of Topeka, Heather Aranda (Anthony) of Ozawkie; brother, Kevin Cozzi (Joy) of Bow, NH; sibling, Rain Thompson of Ozawkie; niece, Regann Fox (Jesse) of Topeka; great nieces, Kennedi Steinhauer and Aahliyah Fox and great nephew, Jericho Fox of Topeka.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carman Morstorf of Topeka; father, Joseph Cozzi; of Meriden and girlfriend; Sherry Cox of Topeka.
