Christina Chenoweth, born on July 10, 1937, in Topeka, Kansas, passed away on October 17, 2025, in Roswell, Georgia. She lived a life marked by both warmth and steadiness, known for her outgoing nature balanced by an even keel personality.
Christina worked as an Office Administrator, contributing her skills and dedication throughout her career. She had a creative side as well; she loved doing arts and crafts, which brought her much joy. In her younger years, Christina enjoyed bowling and was part of a bowling league, sharing moments of fun and friendly competition.
She is survived by her loving family, including her sons Rodney Chenoweth, married to Mary Carpenter, and Randy Chenoweth, married to Maria. Christina was also the proud grandmother of Dakota Chenoweth and Caleb Chenoweth. Her siblings, who remain part of her family circle, are her sister Glenda and brother Mark.
Christina was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Thompson and Ava (Chideck) Thompson, and her brother Marvin.
A graveside service to honor Christina's life will be held on June 5, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. at Topeka Cemetery Garden Pavillion, located at 1601 SE 10th Ave, Topeka, Kansas 66607.
Christina’s memory will live on through the family and friends who loved her and through the simple joys she embraced in life. She will be remembered as someone who was both outgoing and calm, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.
