William “Billy” Albert Wiltrout, 39, of Topeka passed away August 17, 2017 at Stormont Vail Hospital. He was born on July 17, 1978 in Westmorland, Kansas to Ernest B. Wiltrout and Emma Sartain Wiltrout. Billy worked for The Topeka Capital Journal as a newspaper delivery man for 10 years. He loved to play GTA 5 on Playstation and to shoot pool.
Billy is preceded in death by his dad Ernest, step mother Marge; his brother Bobby, both grandparents and his niece Robin.
He is survived by his mother Emma Wiltrout; long time girlfriend Kristen Haslett; daughter Kaitlynn R. Wiltrout; ex-wife Chrystal Prescott; two sisters, Kathy (Gary) Morgan of Topeka, Bertha (Harry) Wiltrout of Topeka; and two step-sisters, Judy (Richie) Harris of Oklahoma, and Melody (John) Summerville of Texas; and one foster sister, Joni Fay of Topeka; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 14, 2017 at the Prairie Home Cemetery.
