Antoine S. Grayib

Services will be Friday, June 2, 2017 at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Topeka for Antoine S. Grayib, age 98, formerly of Topeka.  Dr. Grayib  passed away last weekend at the age of 98 at his home in Montreal. Antoine was born December 12, 1918 in Damour, Lebanon the son of Salim Grayib and Hneineh Aoun.  He moved to America in 1952 where he attended Johns Hopkins Medical School.
Dr. Grayib was a member of the Grace Episcopal Cathedral in Topeka.  He was also a past member of the American Medical Association, the Kansas Medical Society, the Shawnee County Medical Society, the Johns Hopkins Medical and Surgical Association, the National Audubon Society and was active in volunteering with Helping Hands Humane Society.  Dr. Grayib worked for EBA for 26 years in Topeka.  He later retired in Canada.
