Her journey in life led her to become a cherished waitress at Por'e Richards, Perkins and Trails Cafe in Holton, where her outgoing personality endeared her to customers and coworkers alike. She had a remarkable ability to connect with people, and her helpful nature provided comfort to many. Her spirit came alive during life's simple pleasures. Amber found joy in watching movies, favoring classics such as Titanic, Little House on the Prairie, and Pride and Prejudice. She loved reading, those quiet moments allowing her imagination to flourish. Her heart was especially fond of her dog, Dragon, who provided her with companionship and joy. She also cherished her adventures to the mountains of Colorado, and the peaceful bike rides and walks around Shawnee Lake, where she often found solace in nature. The zoos held a special place in her heart too, as she delighted in watching elephants, enchanted by their grace and majesty.
Amber is survived by her devoted husband Chuck, and her beloved children, Robert and Sarah. She is also remembered fondly by her sister, Patricia Young, and her mother, Karen Brown, along with Ron, who has been a pillar of support to the family.
