Billy Bob Brumley Sr.

Billy Bob Brumley Sr., age 77 of Topeka passed away Saturday, January 23, 2016 at his home. Billy was born November 11, 1938 in Topeka the son of Charles and Vera Miles Brumley. He married Glenda Metzger, she preceded him in death. He married Marie Flynn May 23, 1986 in Topeka. Billy worked for Frito Lay as a driver. He later worked at Sonic drive in. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Vance and a grandson, James Engert. He is survived by his wife, Marie; two sons, Billy Bob Brumley Jr.(Samantha) and Troy Paschal Jr.; four daughters, Julie Ray (Steve), Jerri Engert (Leo), Jennifer Josling and Jeannette Brumley; two brothers, Lyle Brumley and Ronnie Brumley (Creech Jr.); a sister, Darlene Meiers; 20 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. He will lie in state Wednesday from noon – 8:00 p.m. with visitation from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Buster Cemetery.
