Daryl G. Lake

Daryl G. Lake, age 64, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at a Topeka hospital. Daryl was born May 28, 1951 in Topeka, Kansas the son of Leroy C. Lake and Lena E. Newton Lake. Daryl worked several jobs, including a carpenter for Gideons Pallet in Paxico.
Daryl was a former member of the East Topeka United Methodist Church.
He is survived by a son, Brian Lake of Mayetta; a daughter, Aislinn Hill of Topeka; 8 brothers and sisters; a granddaughter, Zarina; 35 nieces and nephews along with many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and 5 siblings.
The family had a memorial get-to-gather/ Memorial Service at Shelter House #1 at Lake Shawnee on Friday, July 10th beginning at 12:30 pm.
