Victor Norman Solberg

Victor N. Solberg, 99, passed away at the Brookside Manor Retirement Community in Overbrook. He was born June 9, 1915 at Salina the son of Victor and Anna L. Doner Solberg. Victor worked for the Kansas Department of Transportation before retiring. Victor also farmed, and continued to care for the land he farmed for years and would have loved to return. He talked about this even after living at Brookside for many years.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews which include Linda Thomas of Tucson, AZ.
Cremation is planned. Mr. Solbergs ashes will be buried near his parents on the family plot at Highland Cemetery at New Cambria, Kansas in Saline County.
