Helen Marcell Norris

Helen Norris. 87, of Topeka Ks, went to be with the Lord on January 17, 2015. She was a resident of the Presbyterian Manor until she spent her final days at Midland Hospice Care. She was born October 30, 1927 in Rogersville, Missouri, to John Howard and Lula Florence Aleshire Hostetler. She married Irvin Rue Norris on June 5, 1947. He preceded her in death. They raised three daughters, Arlinda Shaughnessy (Tom), Brenda Hailey (Glenn), Suzanne H’Luz (Chris); two sons, Charles Norris (Cindy) and Paul Norris. She is also survived by an aunt, Beulah Ball; a brother, Ted Mikesell; a sister, Sheila Esposito; four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Her loves and life included, the Lord, her family, and her crafts. Honoring her wishes, no memorial service will be held. She is to be buried with her husband in Mount Hope Cemetery. Davidson Funeral Home is assisting the family. To leave a message for them please refer to www.davidsonfuneral.com
