Rickey Edward Brown, passed away at his home on October 4, 2014. He was born May 9, 1965 in
Chattanooga, Tennessee the son of Carrie Edward and Barbara Winnie Brown. He lived in California most of the time while growing up. He moved to Topeka six years ago.
Survivors include his mother Barbara Brown and her companion Glen Small of Topeka; brothers and sisters; Terry Hickey in Tennessee, Cary Wayne Brown in Noel, Mo, Linda McCoil and Melissa Brown both of Topeka; step-brothers; Dallas Small, Mark Small and Spencer Small and a step-sister, Leona Small; nieces and nephews; Andrew, Ronald, Christopher, Anthony, Kurtis, Kenny, Mandy, Kristina and Nicole; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and interment will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, October 10, 2014 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Lawrence, Kansas.
