Allen Deane Casebeer, 60, passed away at his home August 13, 2013. Born September 15, 1952, in Topeka , Kansas to Deane M. and Leona E. (Bowen) Casebeer, living in Wakarusa , KS throughout his childhood. Allen graduated from Carbondale High School in 1969, was married to Anne Tucker from 1969 – 2004. He spent his adult life involved in the construction industry in Kansas and California .
Allen is survived by his parents, Deane & Leona Casebeer, Topeka, sister Deanna (Gary) Hedman, Grand Island, NE, brother Wayne (Cindy) Casebeer, Topeka, son Shannon (Kim) Casebeer of Topeka, daughter Erin (J.) Smith, San Diego, CA, and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 10am, September 15 at the Shawnee Center Cemetery, west of Wakarusa.
